I can't praise Sister Pauline Sykes highly enough. I have a skin condition that has required treatment for quite some time. Pauline continues to try different treatments to improve the condition (with great success). She is helpful and friendly and very professional. she really is prepared to try to go the extra mile to help and I really appreciate everything she does.

Same day appointment available when necessary. Efficient receptionists. Excellent nurse practitioner who is very hardworking. Thorough care from gathering information about symptoms through to diagnosis, treatment and aftercare advice. Surgery is a clean and smart new build. Attempts to address privacy issues at the reception desk have been partially met.
